Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to verify their submission's compliance with all the following items. Submissions may be returned to authors who do not adhere to these guidelines.

The manuscript submission is original work and has not been previously published.
The manuscript should not be under consideration or accepted for publication elsewhere.
The manuscript must comply with the journal's aims and scope and publication ethics.
The manuscript must be written in good English, and the manuscript has been grammatically checked.
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
The structure and format of the manuscript must comply with the manuscript requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
All references mentioned in the Reference list are cited in the text, and vice versa. References are formatted according to the journal's guidelines. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

New Submission Preparation

Whether solicited or contributed, manuscripts must be submitted to the International Review of Islamic Economics and Finance (IRIEF)   template through the journal's online submission system. Registration is required before submitting a new manuscript (please click here to register and ensure you designate yourself as an "Author"). Subsequently, you may select the "New Submission" tab on your User Home.
Please click here to log in if you already possess an account. You have probably created an account if you have previously reviewed or authored for the Journal. Input the required information and respond to the questions as instructed on the submission page. Select the “Next” button on each screen to save your progress and proceed to the subsequent screen. Include the names and contact information of a minimum of four internationally recognized experts who can review your manuscript in the "Comments for the Editor" section.
Please upload your files as prompted. Select the “Browse” button to find the file on your computer. Choose the file description from the drop-down menu adjacent to the Browse button. After selecting all desired files for upload, click the “Upload” button. Please review your submission before sending it to the Editors. Press the “Submit” button upon completion of your review. The authors are responsible for ensuring that all files have been uploaded accurately.
It is permissible to halt a submission at any stage and retain it for future submission. The corresponding author will receive an acknowledgment of receipt for the manuscript submitted to the CInternational Review of Islamic Economics and Finance  template Online Submission System. This acknowledgment will include an assigned manuscript number, which must be referenced in all future correspondence. Access the submission web page of the International Review of Islamic Economics and Finance template at any time to verify the status of your manuscript. An email will be sent to you upon the decision regarding your manuscript.
Every manuscript must include a declaration confirming that it has not been previously published and that it is not under simultaneous consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts may be prepared in Word (.docx) format, template available at the following link: International Review of Islamic Economics and Finance (.docx). After the manuscript is recommended by the editor for revision, the author is expected to submit the revised manuscript and the results of the plagiarism check. The editor then determines whether there is potential plagiarism after author broadcast the similarity index using Turnitin. This journal permits a maximum similarity threshold of 25%, omitting references, citations, and a 1% similarity allowance.
