LEXIUM welcomes manuscripts in constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law, civil law, commercial law, international law, environmental law, human rights, Islamic law, legal philosophy, comparative law, political theory, comparative politics, governance, democracy, international relations, public administration, political economy, and public policy. The journal particularly encourages interdisciplinary and comparative studies employing doctrinal, empirical legal, socio-legal, qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods approaches that demonstrate methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, and practical relevance.

Submissions to LEXIUM undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure originality, scientific quality, and academic integrity. Manuscripts are evaluated based on their novelty, methodological soundness, theoretical significance, and contribution to legal scholarship and policymaking. By fostering international scholarly dialogue, LEXIUM aims to become a leading platform for innovative research that promotes the rule of law, democratic governance, justice, human rights, and sustainable public policy.
